To allow us to purchase a property with multiple investors, our company issues bonds. By subscribing to these bonds, you lend money that will be used for the purchase of the house, as well as its renovation and future works.

These bonds are financial securities that you own. They provide you with a return on investment by allowing you to earn interest.

Here are the three main features:

  • They last a maximum of 10 years. At the end of this period, we are required to repay their value.
  • They have variable interest. The amount you receive each month depends on the rental performance of the property.
  • Their value depends on the value of the property. When the property is appraised by an expert, if the value of the property decreases or increases, the value of your bonds decreases or increases as well. This allows you to benefit from the potential real estate appreciation when the house is sold.

All bond characteristics, project details, and risks related to the investment are communicated to you in the documents provided before your subscription.

Investment Duration

The bonds you subscribe to are issued for 10 years. You can keep them until the end of the project to maximize profitability, or you can sell them before the term.

In fact, our bond contract includes liquidity clauses allowing you to sell your bonds back to Harmony after three years in case of a life event (marriage, birth, accident, acquisition of a primary residence, business creation).

Moreover, we will offer a bulletin board for buyers and sellers to know about possible purchases and sales.

Who can invest in Harmony properties?

The Harmony platform is open to all users, registered and verified, whether French or foreign, individuals or companies (commercial, holding, SCI…).

Liquidity

You may need to withdraw your investment earlier, which is why offering liquidity is important. An investment is considered liquid when it can be sold quickly without major impact on its price. We guarantee that, after three years, you can recover your investment in case of a life event (marriage, birth, acquisition of a primary residence, accident…).
