Getting Started

Harmony is a company that allows you to invest in beautiful homes for short-term rentals. This guide will help you through the necessary steps to invest in our collection properties. The steps include creating your account, verifying your identity (and potentially your company), depositing funds, and then investing.

1. Sign Up

To sign up, go to this page. You have two options:

• Sign in with Google
• Sign in with your email

If you choose to provide an email, we will need to verify it by sending you a link to the provided address. You will need to click on it to verify. If you think you haven’t received it after a few seconds, please check your spam folder.

Caution

Some companies or organizations protect their employees from malicious links in emails by clicking on them automatically. If you keep getting errors saying the link is invalid, it may have already been “clicked”. Please contact your organization’s technical administration to create an exception, or try with another email address (personal, for example).

2. Verify your identity

Once registered, in order to ensure the security of your investments, we will ask for an official identity document to be verified by our partner Mangopay (a financial institution licensed and regulated by the EU), which will allow the creation of your virtual wallet.

There are two different processes, depending on whether you want to register as an individual or with your company.

For an Individual

Please go to this page. Verification is done in three steps.

1. Enter your personal information: first name, last name, date and place of birth, nationality, phone number, and full address.

   

   If your country of residence is not France, you can uncheck the corresponding box.

2. Upload an official document. It must be up to date, of good quality, in color, contain the same information as those entered above, be less than 7MB in size, and be in PNG, PDF, JPG, or JPEG format.

   Accepted documents are:

   • ID card (front and back, 1 or 2 files, one side per page)
   • Passport (double-page in a single file)
   • Driver’s license (front and back, 1 or 2 files, one side per page)
   • Residence permit (front and back, 1 or 2 files, one side per page)

   Caution

   Scans are systematically rejected when they lack contrast.

   Note

   Our partner Mangopay is responsible for validating the compliance of your official documents. To avoid any validation issues, the easiest way is to take a clear photo of the required sides of your document with your phone.

3. Confirm the information and accept the terms.

4. After a few minutes, you should receive an email confirming that your identity has been verified. If your status is not updated on the site, try refreshing the page.

   Note

   If your document is rejected, you will receive an email explaining the reason for the rejection. You can try submitting a new corrected document on this page.

For a Company

It can sometimes be more advantageous to invest via your company. However, the process requires more documents and takes longer than for individuals.

To verify your company, please go to this page. Verification is done in three steps.

1. Enter your personal information: first name, last name, date and place of birth, nationality, phone number, and full address.

   

   If your country of residence is not France, you can uncheck the corresponding box.

2. Enter your company information: name, email, SIRET number, full address, share capital, legal form, and registration city.

   

3. Submit the first documents required to verify your company: your ID, a KBIS less than 3 months old, and the company’s up-to-date legal statutes.

4. We will contact you to create the beneficial ownership declaration. The company verification process generally takes 2 to 3 days with our partner Mangopay.

Note

If you have already verified your account as an individual, it is not possible to verify your company with the same account. You must sign up again with a different email address or contact our team.

Best practices

When uploading a document on our platform, it is important to follow the conditions below to ensure that the document is readable and verifiable.

If any of these rules are not respected, our partner Mangopay may delay or reject the verification.

The document must be:

Identical

Contain the same information as entered in the forms

Valid

The document’s validity date must not have expired

In color

Rather than a scan

In the correct format

PNG, PDF, JPG, JPEG (iPhone HEIC format not supported), and less than 7MB

Common mistakes to avoid

Here are the most common mistakes that cause systematic verification rejection:

Black and white or poor contrast

Cut-off or invisible edges

Glare or flash

Unreadable barcode

Front and back on one page

3. Deposit Funds

After your identity (or company) is verified, a secure personal wallet is created for you with our partner Mangopay. It is necessary to transfer funds there before you can invest in our properties.

You have two options: card payment or bank transfer.

Note

Please note that investments are only possible in increments of €1000. Therefore, it is not useful to deposit an amount that is not a multiple of €1000 when you first fund your wallet.

Card Payment

From the wallet page, you can make a deposit via credit card (up to €10,000) by clicking on Deposit > Credit card. The payment will be processed instantly.

Bank Transfer

The wallet created in your name with Mangopay has an IBAN. Go to the settings page and copy the account information. You will simply need to make a transfer from your bank to this IBAN with your Name - First name as the beneficiary (even if you are investing on behalf of a company).

Caution

Although payment processing usually takes 1 to 2 days, some banks may apply additional checks for new Mangopay accounts. You may need to wait for an additional delay or validate the transfer with your advisor.
